Role Overview

The Salesforce Developer will engage actively in collaborative planning and execution to deliver customer-focused solutions. The role involves working closely with the team to design, build, and support Salesforce applications while fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage in iteration planning to ensure team alignment on stories and backlog items.
• Contribute to strategic execution with a focus on addressing customer requirements and expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to design systems and Salesforce applications.
• Participate in daily standups across sites and product teams to maintain synchronization.
• Attend retrospectives to collect feedback and implement actionable improvements for team and product enhancement.
• Provide support for software products within user environments.
• Share knowledge and contribute to the collective expertise of the team.
• Adopt daily paired programming and test-driven development practices in software creation.
• Implement and maintain continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines.

Eligibility

Applicants must hold a graduation degree in any discipline.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is between 1,500,000 and 2,750,000 INR annually.
