About the Role

IQVIA is expanding its Clinical Data Management leadership, recruiting multiple Data Management Leads for both FSP and traditional service delivery models. This remote position involves overseeing comprehensive data management across global clinical trials, playing a key role in ensuring data quality, compliance, and supporting new therapy development.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead management of data for complex international clinical trials, covering all stages from initial setup through to database lock.
  • Act as the principal liaison with clients for all data management deliverables.
  • Supervise reconciliation processes for serious adverse events (SAE), pharmacokinetics (PK), and external data alongside database deployment.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource distribution to fulfill client requirements.
  • Provide mentorship to junior data management team members, fostering best practices.
  • Promote continuous process improvement while ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in life sciences, clinical, health, biological, or mathematical disciplines.
  • Brings a minimum of 10 years' direct experience in clinical data management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role such as Clinical Data Manager, Senior/Data Lead, Principal Data Manager, or Data Management Project Manager.
  • Has successfully managed large-scale global studies involving over 1000 patients.
  • Experienced with electronic data capture (EDC) systems like Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, or comparable platforms.
  • Possesses strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines, and clinical research processes.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
