Key Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule repair operations to optimize the use of operatives and resources.
• Manage job appointments, update statuses, and monitor workflows using the MCM system.
• Track overdue tasks, assisting the team to achieve performance goals and KPIs.
• Coordinate with operatives and subcontractors to ensure jobs are completed punctually and fully equipped.
• Communicate effectively with residents to inform and manage expectations.
• Support operational teams by identifying and escalating issues as needed.
• Monitor workloads and assist with coverage planning for staff absences and holidays.
• Allocate subcontractor work and process material orders adhering to procurement policies.
• Ensure proper utilization of IT tools including PDAs and subcontractor portals.
• Maintain accurate records across all platforms.
• Provide professional, courteous, customer-centric service consistently.
• Comply with health, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet service delivery standards and provide cover for fellow planners.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination within repairs and maintenance or related fields.
• GCSE or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths.
• Adaptability to fast-paced, reactive, and customer-oriented environments.
• Proficient IT skills with experience using job management and scheduling software.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with professionalism in handling inquiries and challenging scenarios.
• Understanding of repair and maintenance processes.
• Experience utilizing ICT appointment or job management systems for multi-trade repair scheduling.
