Key Responsibilities
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in the intake yard area, including clearing baskets and dolavs from docks utilizing material handling equipment (MHE).
- Coordinate with the gatehouse to guide vehicles to appropriate bays and oversee vehicle safety throughout the yard.
- Carry out forklift truck (FLT) start-up inspections and daily checks, ensuring docks, lights, and safety locks are operational.
- Accurately log incoming stock into the system and assist with loading stock into refrigerated and freezer units.
