Role Overview
- Set up production lines at the start of shifts, including conducting weight checks and product measurements.
- Manage foreign body control to ensure product safety and quality.
- Make necessary adjustments during production to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Monitor line efficiency by comparing planned versus actual run rates.
- Collect pastry waste and coordinate its return for reprocessing.
