Role Overview

• Set up production lines at the start of shifts, including conducting weight checks and product measurements.
• Manage foreign body control to ensure product safety and quality.
• Make necessary adjustments during production to maintain consistent quality standards.
• Monitor line efficiency by comparing planned versus actual run rates.
• Collect pastry waste and coordinate its return for reprocessing.
