Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable Yard Hand to join our team. This role involves managing vehicle movements, supporting workshop operations, and maintaining site presentation to ensure efficient and customer-friendly service.

Key Responsibilities

• Move vehicles between premises and street parking to optimize workshop access
• Transfer customer and company vehicles from street to business lots and vice versa
• Collect and deliver customer trucks and buses
• Retrieve spare parts from suppliers
• Organize and tag keys securely
• Maintain site cleanliness and presentation to uphold a professional image
• Coordinate vehicle movements throughout repair stages
• Transport vehicles to and from external subcontractors as needed
• Support vehicle intake and check-in procedures
• Keep technician bays tidy by removing rubbish and debris
• Manage mud and contaminants entering from overflow parking areas
• Maintain building grounds and assist in general labor and maintenance duties
• Wash and detail vehicles when requested
