About the Role
Ranjeet Car Care Experts seeks a motivated and knowledgeable Workshop and Marketing Manager to oversee the daily operations of our automobile workshop, drive customer acquisition, and lead marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily workshop activities and manage staff efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries, manage bookings, and conduct follow-ups.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with comprehensive quality inspections.
- Collaborate closely with technicians, service advisors, and customers to maintain smooth operations.
- Track workshop sales, maintain job card documentation, and meet daily sales targets.
- Implement local and digital marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, insurance agencies, and other partners.
- Manage social media presence, Google listings, and promotional campaigns.
- Enhance workshop leads, boost sales, and encourage repeat business.
- Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction consistently.
- Compile and present daily and weekly performance reports.
Candidate Profile
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the automobile sector, specifically in workshop management or automobile service centers.
- Familiarity with car servicing, repairs, denting, painting, and insurance claims is advantageous.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of digital and local marketing techniques.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and meet sales goals.
- Energetic, accountable, and target-driven attitude.
- Preference given to candidates with multi-brand car workshop experience.
Compensation and Location
Monthly remuneration ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹30,000, commensurate with experience and capabilities.
Work location: Dholewal Chowk, Ludhiana, Punjab.
