Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Workplace Operations & Experience Manager (Senior Associate) to join our Business Services team within the Workplace Operations & Experience function. This role demands delivering a consistent, high-quality, and culturally relevant experience in our global physical locations. The position is predominantly onsite in our Riyadh office, reporting to the Regional Head of Workplace Operations & Experience. Collaboration across functions, markets, and the Digital Experience teams is essential to enhance organizational value, nurture community engagement, and optimize operational costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office facilities ensuring cleanliness, organization, and smooth upkeep.
- Coordinate logistic aspects of community engagement to cultivate a strong sense of belonging among local employees and the wider ecosystem, working closely with internal communities and the Digital Experience team to support meetings, events, and experiences.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes including managing employee and guest access permissions.
- Contribute to local health, safety, and emergency response efforts by addressing hazards, preparing documentation for ISO and TISAX certifications, and serving or training as a Safety Officer.
- Oversee physical security measures, maintain key relationships with InfoSec and Legal teams, and assist with local certifications and security enhancements.
- Provide travel-related assistance such as booking support and guidance for self-service booking tools.
- Manage procurement of office supplies and services through approved suppliers, including initiating new supplier setups via internal systems.
- Act as liaison with building management to troubleshoot maintenance concerns and implement improvements to leased facilities.
- Drive sustainability initiatives by tracking metrics and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial records to monitor spending against regional budgets.
Technical Qualifications
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a people-centric approach.
- Proficient in navigating contemporary office software, booking platforms, and administrative tools.
- Physical capability to perform labor-intensive tasks such as lifting and arranging office setups.
- Demonstrate independent and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong focus on execution with the ability to manage multiple logistical priorities simultaneously.
- Prior Safety Officer certification is preferred, or eagerness to complete required Safety Officer training.
- Experience preparing workplace operations documentation for ISO and TISAX certification processes.
