About the Role
As a Workplace Experience Senior Coordinator at CBRE, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service to employees and visitors within your assigned building. This role is situated within the Workplace Experience function and requires direct interaction providing an excellent service experience to clients and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for everyone entering the facility by greeting them courteously, issuing visitor and parking passes, adhering to security protocols, and escorting visitors appropriately.
- Answer phones politely and professionally to leave a positive impression.
- Coordinate and confirm requests for recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of employees or guests.
- Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders and liaise with vendors or staff to resolve issues.
- Escalate concerns or complaints from employees, visitors, or colleagues as necessary.
- Provide team support through managing office supplies, arranging meetings, and maintaining equipment.
- Develop customized client materials aligned with brand standards.
- Comply with property-specific security and emergency procedures and notify designated personnel to safeguard the building’s occupants.
- Identify and proactively resolve routine and non-routine workplace issues independently within established guidelines.
- Evaluate and select appropriate solutions from existing options to support service quality.
- Contribute positively to the team through high-quality service and information delivery.
- Adhere to standardized procedures under regular but moderate supervision.
Requirements
- Completion of high school diploma or GED.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a related environment.
- Well-developed understanding of workplace routines, standards, and applying knowledge across various processes and systems.
- Intermediate-level problem-solving abilities with autonomy to choose suitable solutions without supervision.
- Clear and concise communication skills to explain complex information within teams.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational capabilities coupled with a curious and proactive mindset.
