Job description
About the Role
As a Space Planner at CBRE, you will liaise with client teams to manage all non-project-related inquiries throughout the space planning process. This position is part of the Moves, Additions, and Changes function responsible for overseeing space design, construction, and relocation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track small to medium scale moves, space planning, and manage inventory of furniture and workstations.
- Gather, organize, and assess data regarding clients’ facility requirements and spatial needs.
- Conduct supply and demand evaluations and offer recommendations for client review.
- Participate in meetings with client representatives to assist in planning space requirements.
- Update drawings and maintain relevant databases efficiently.
- Provide reports to clients and delivery partners on workspace environment and project delivery performance.
- Apply fundamental principles with limited practical experience, demonstrating adherence to CBRE's RISE values.
- Maintain high quality standards in individual work and adhere to standardized processes to meet deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring mutual understanding via questions and confirmations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; up to 3 years relevant experience accepted. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficient in applying established procedures to resolve typical issues.
- Ability to analyze information and apply standard practices to make sound decisions.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills coupled with a curious and analytical mindset.
