Role Overview
As a Workplace Associate, you will ensure seamless corporate office operations by managing everyday workplace functions, maintaining facilities, and liaising with vendors. Supporting space management, employee onboarding, and office logistics, you help create a productive and engaging environment. Cooperation with other teams enhances workplace experience and ensures safety and professionalism within the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office functions to maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Serve as the main contact point for office-related queries, working with vendors, building management, and internal teams.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and necessary services to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate workspace arrangements, including desk assignments and meeting room logistics, alongside Facilities and IT teams.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing workstations, access badges, and equipment.
- Plan and support corporate events, meetings, and initiatives to engage employees.
- Maintain security measures and visitor management, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Track office expenses, contracts with vendors, and service agreements to promote cost-effective compliance.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Identify and implement improvements to operational procedures to enhance office comfort and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- One to two years’ experience in Operations, Human Resources Operations, People & Culture, or Event Management.
- Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A customer-focused attitude with strong ownership and diligence in completing tasks.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Jira and Zendesk.
- Basic knowledge of budget management, forecasting, and expense control.
- Working understanding of People Operations practices.
- Experience in coordinating office events.
- Willingness to travel to other offices within Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.

Additional Information
This position is located at the Riyadh office. Namaa values innovation and embraces continuous transformation which requires onsite collaboration. All office-based teams are expected to work full-time onsite, five days per week.
