About the Role
Vella Recruitment is offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior or Associate Planner to join a well-established, expanding planning consultancy in Leeds. The multidisciplinary team includes experienced town planners, economists, design experts, and heritage consultants collaborating on a variety of projects.
Company Overview
The client is a vibrant planning consultancy with ten offices across the UK. Their multi-disciplined approach integrates planners, socio-economic analysts, architects, designers, and specialist consultants. Their focus is on strategic planning efforts, planning applications, and land promotion primarily for residential developments throughout Northern England.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates have over three years of experience in Town Planning, preferably within a consultancy setting. They are either Chartered members of the RTPI or actively pursuing this accreditation. Applicants should be adept at managing multiple projects concurrently and possess a comprehensive grasp of the planning process.
