Our client base is diverse, including multinational corporations, public sector entities, entrepreneurs, and family-owned businesses.

We operate as a dynamic unit led by two partners with a team of over 30 professionals focused on growth, quality, and fostering an inclusive culture that promotes thriving and a sense of belonging. Role Overview

As a Workforce Tax Manager, you will deliver expert consultancy services in areas such as employment tax, workforce restructuring, employer risk and compliance management, Relevant Contracts Tax (RCT), revenue audits and interventions, mergers and acquisitions, share schemes, and payroll advisory and optimization.

Your work will be varied and strategic, helping clients align their people strategies with overall business goals while ensuring tax compliance. The team leverages technology innovatively to enhance service delivery and drive efficiency.

• Lead and manage a diverse client portfolio, pursuing new business opportunities with support from partners and mentors.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of four years' experience in tax.
• Qualified AITI/CTA or equivalent by experience with strong academic credentials.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to generate business growth within Workforce tax services.
• Expertise in managing multiple engagements to successful outcomes.
• Business acumen with the ability to interpret market trends to advise clients strategically.
• Excellent relationship management skills, adaptable to diverse situations.
• Creative thinker capable of proposing innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Enthusiastic team leader and player committed to coaching and developing others.
