Position Overview
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking experienced Workday Developers for a position based in the National Capital Region (Delhi). Candidates should have solid technical expertise in Workday HCM tools and possess strong problem-solving capabilities along with effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize extensive experience with Workday HCM technical tools to deliver solutions.
- Develop and manage integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
- Create and maintain advanced reports including the use of calculated fields.
- Understand and apply Workday's architecture and security protocols effectively.
- Collaborate clearly with stakeholders to address challenges and communicate progress.
