Job description
Role Overview
Veolia is looking to hire an experienced Work Management Planner based in Ipswich, Queensland. The individual will play a critical part in coordinating maintenance activities for the Western Corridor Recycled Water Scheme. This position requires effective collaboration with maintenance, operations, and contractor teams to ensure labor, materials, equipment, and shutdown events are fully organized and executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Create maintenance plans, forecasts, and manage weekly scheduling.
- Coordinate resources including labor, materials, budgets, and shutdown logistics.
- Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to plan and track work.
- Enhance maintenance scheduling, improve task details, and update asset information.
- Lead planning meetings and oversee annual shutdown schedules.
- Compile and communicate reports on maintenance performance metrics.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling roles.
- Possession of a relevant trade qualification or certification in maintenance management.
- Strong proficiency with CMMS technology and scheduling software applications.
