WIS Field Specialist

Position Overview

The WIS Field Specialist is tasked with ensuring the safe, efficient, and dependable delivery of Pressure Safety Device (PSD) services to customers. The role involves identifying opportunities for enhancing service quality, executing standardized operational procedures, and managing risks during service execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver job tasks accurately and within designated timelines.
• Oversee the implementation of service delivery as per requirements.
• Engage in risk analysis activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote company offerings.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards via CAT implementation, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Participate actively in Service Quality Meetings to enhance performance through targeted action plans.
• Support Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Quality initiatives.
• Consistently use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with HSE regulations.
• Keep up to date with mandatory safety training requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant field experience.
