Role Overview
As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you play a key role in enhancing the customer experience within the wireless department. You contribute to a work, learn, and grow environment for both customers and team members. Your passion for wireless technology drives your ongoing self-improvement and knowledge sharing with team members and across business units. This primarily sales-focused role involves assisting customers—both individual consumers and business clients—in reaching their goals by providing insights and enthusiasm about the latest wireless products, services, and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify and convert opportunities in wireless and wireline sales.
- Understand and exceed customer needs by becoming an expert on products and services; reconnect with customers to gather feedback and promote additional offerings that add value.
- Collaborate with the broader store team to raise awareness of promotions and build enthusiasm for wireless products while encouraging customer referrals.
- Meet personal sales targets and maintain company merchandising standards including accurate pricing display.
- Follow asset protection policies and uphold customer privacy standards.
- Stay informed of updates via internal communication channels like mobile apps, intranet, and bulletin boards.
- Address customer concerns effectively and escalate issues to management as needed.
Qualifications
- Between 3 months and 1 year of experience in wireless sales or general sales.
- Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Proven capability in sales with the ability to coach others.
- Effective communication skills across various channels.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage daily responsibilities efficiently to serve customers well.
- Comfortable with technology and driven by curiosity.
- Approachable demeanor combined with passion and problem-solving skills.
