Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team each morning to review the day’s schedule and assignments.
• Travel in company-provided vehicles to residential and commercial clients to perform window cleaning tailored to customer needs, often paired with a teammate.
• Engage with customers on-site to ensure their satisfaction with the services rendered.
• Conclude workdays at the Shine office to report on daily activities and outcomes.
