Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking skilled professionals for positions including Wifi Engineer and Wireman to support WiFi installation and maintenance operations across Udaipur, Rajasthan. These roles involve both technical installation tasks and direct customer service responsibilities in the field.
Job Responsibilities
- Installation and maintenance of WiFi and broadband networks.
- Configuring routers and managing cable and wiring setups.
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to broadband and WiFi services.
- Handling customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Conducting electrical wiring and cable installations for network setups (Wireman role).
- Ensuring quality control during all installation and maintenance activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational background: ITI, Diploma, or Graduate preferred.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Fieldwork and direct interaction with customers are essential aspects of the role.
- Possessing a bike and a valid driving license is advantageous for field-based positions.
Compensation Details
- Wifi Engineer: ₹20,500 net in-hand salary; total CTC approximately ₹24,300.
- Wireman: ₹13,500 net in-hand salary; total CTC approximately ₹17,000.
