Role Overview

This role is specifically focused on kitchen appliances including cooktops, ovens, rangehoods, dishwashers, and more. Working primarily in a sales environment, you will provide expert, personalised product guidance and perform engaging in-store product demonstrations. Your responsibility is to help customers create their ideal kitchen solutions, whether for home renovations or commercial projects, by building trust, delivering value, and showcasing premium kitchen technology.

Working Hours

• Work from Wednesday to Saturday for 8 hours each day.

Key Duties

• Identify customer requirements and recommend customised whiteware solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on a broad variety of kitchen appliances.
• Generate quotes, handle invoicing, and facilitate installation and aftercare processes.
• Communicate with suppliers and service agents to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Deliver lively and informative product demonstrations to customers.
• Maintain a professional and inviting department presentation.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and promote a positive store atmosphere.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is confident in a sales-oriented setting and committed to providing excellent customer service by helping clients find appliances perfectly suited to their needs. Passion for quality products, enthusiasm for current kitchen technologies, and a strong motivation to meet and exceed sales targets are essential. Prior experience with kitchen appliances or whiteware is advantageous but not mandatory as full training will be provided for candidates with the right mindset.
