Role Overview

This role requires working Sunday through Thursday for 8.5 hours daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the service counter with payment-related inquiries including hire purchases and credit applications.
• Handle questions about service repairs and product sales.
• Actively resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Perform various administrative duties supporting the team.

• Proven background in retail, hospitality, or other customer-centered roles.
• Strong communication abilities.

• Capability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting, ladder climbing, and prolonged standing.

• Experience with point of sale systems is advantageous.
