Role Overview

Weddings can be both a whirlwind and a magical experience, requiring a calm and dependable individual to serve as the consistent communication link clients can rely on. This position is crafted for such a person who thrives in managing client interactions throughout the wedding planning journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle initial client calls to grasp their vision and plans for their wedding day.
• Coordinate and participate in Zoom meetings with senior managers to assist in closing deals.
• Assist clients in selecting and finalizing vendors for various services including decoration, catering, and photography.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries from the first meeting up to the actual event day.
• Be physically present during the wedding day to ensure all commitments are fulfilled effectively.
• Gather feedback from clients once the event concludes to assess satisfaction and areas for improvement.
• Maintain regular follow-ups on new client leads amidst daily responsibilities.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Exceptional interpersonal abilities coupled with quick thinking and composure under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly comfortable managing phone conversations.
• Practical familiarity with Canva and PowerPoint for creating engaging client presentations and proposals.
• Previous experience in client servicing, sales, or hospitality will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
