Overview
Join W Hotels in Sydney as a Wheels Attendant, where your natural abilities and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences are celebrated. This position is full-time and onsite at 31 Wheat Road, Sydney. As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to crafting the W experience by assisting guests with a variety of services related to concierge and transportation.
Role Summary
You will manage all guest needs connected to the Concierge and Wheels functions, strictly following hotel standards. Your duties include overseeing the hotel driveway, valet parking, car stacker operations, courier and postal dispatching, luggage handling, and assisting guests during arrival and departure. Supporting the Chief Concierge, Duty Manager, and Valet Captain, you will play a vital role in delivering W Hotels’ signature Whatever/Whenever culture, ensuring all guest requirements are met promptly and personally.
Essential Qualifications
Applicants must hold a valid full New South Wales Driver's License to fulfill driving responsibilities safely and legally.
