Role Overview

The Wellness Instructor will plan and lead comprehensive wellness programs that enhance guests' physical, psychological, and emotional health. This position blends expertise in fitness disciplines such as yoga, meditation, Pilates, and lifestyle coaching with the vibrant and creative identity reflective of the SO/ brand. The instructor crafts unique guest experiences by incorporating movement, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques into the resort’s daily offerings, consistent with the All-Inclusive Collection philosophy.

Key Duties

• Lead individual and group wellness activities including yoga, meditation, Pilates, stretching, breathwork, and other mindfulness exercises.
• Offer tailored lifestyle and wellness advice to guests to support their balance, relaxation, and overall vitality.
• Foster an inviting and encouraging environment to accommodate participants of varying fitness levels and backgrounds.
• Educate guests in holistic wellness practices that they can apply beyond their stay.
• Develop a varied schedule of wellness events aligning with guest demographics, brand ethos, and seasonal themes.
• Coordinate with Spa, Fitness, and Entertainment teams to provide integrated wellness options.
• Create and support signature wellness initiatives, retreat experiences, or thematic events that enhance the resort's wellness reputation.
• Keep all wellness facilities and equipment clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations as established locally and by the SO/ brand standards.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by personifying the SO/ lifestyle and motivating guests to embrace wellness during their visit.
• Establish personal rapport with guests, offering continuous guidance and motivation.
• Gather and utilize guest feedback to progressively improve wellness offerings.

Required Qualifications

• Certification in yoga, Pilates, meditation, holistic health, or wellness coaching recognized by Yoga Alliance, Pilates Method Alliance, or an equivalent authority.
• Previous work experience at luxury resorts, spas, or wellness centers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory, additional languages are advantageous.
• A dynamic, empathetic, and creative person with a deep passion for wellness and lifestyle.
• Awareness of contemporary wellness trends, holistic practices, and sustainable living methodologies.
• First aid and CPR certifications are preferred.
• Availability to accommodate variable shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
