Role Overview
In the position of Website Content Publisher within the Marketing Performance team, you will be instrumental in maintaining the ANZ website's content accuracy and quality. Your efforts will ensure a superior customer experience by efficiently publishing content that aligns with digital standards and brand guidelines. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to uphold the website as one of Aotearoa's most frequented digital platforms.
Key Daily Responsibilities
- Create and update website content following strict deadlines, ensuring error-free publication that meets accessibility, compliance, brand, and design system standards.
- Manage content requests and workflows using Jira.
- Engage with content owners to verify that updates are accurate, timely, and properly documented.
- Reduce risks by adhering to prescribed approval, publishing, and content management procedures.
- Contribute to content design and optimization projects.
- Perform ongoing maintenance and review of website content.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficient in enterprise content management systems for publishing and upkeep of web content in line with established procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality output.
- Exceptional organisational abilities including managing time efficiently, prioritising tasks, communicating effectively, and exhibiting self-motivation.
- Collaborative problem-solving aptitude with demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, style guides, and brand standards.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards, particularly WCAG 2.2 Level AA, with beneficial experience in tools such as Jira, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or web analytics platforms.
