Water Damage Technician

Role Overview

This full-time role focuses on assisting with water remediation tasks including operating drying equipment, performing light demolition, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of company assets.

Key Duties

• Assist with water damage restoration by setting up fans, dehumidifiers, and related machinery.
• Carry out light demolition work on floors, sheetrock, and similar materials.
• Clean and organize company vehicles and facilities.
• Help with moving furniture as needed.
• Use moisture meters to monitor progress on assigned jobs.
• Prepare detailed reports describing the scope of work performed.
• Complete other tasks as delegated by supervisors.

• Strong work ethic with eagerness to learn new skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
