Compensation and Benefits

During the training period, the salary ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month, with the possibility of increasing up to ₹18,000 contingent on performance after training completion. Additional benefits include Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), travel allowance, and performance incentives.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess an ITI certificate or a diploma in a technical discipline. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided to help new applicants acquire the essential technical skills required for the job.

Role Summary and Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site technical support as a field technician.
• Support senior technicians in various technical service and assistance tasks.
