Position Overview
The Washroom Operator plays a crucial role in supporting production activities by managing tooling, uniforms, and cleaning supplies with efficiency and adhering strictly to company procedures and the supervision of the Washroom Supervisor. This role ensures the work environment remains clean, orderly, and effective.
Work Schedule
Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Primary Responsibilities
- Comply with company regulations and instructions from the Washroom Supervisor.
- Prepare tooling for upcoming orders and organize it neatly on carts with appropriate documentation (Slat Set-Up Sheet).
- Clean all returned tooling not currently needed and prioritize urgent cleaning tasks.
- Distribute detergents and alcohol supplies to production lines as required.
- Provide lab coats and uniforms to employees efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the washroom and uniform room continuously throughout the workday.
- Supply ear plugs and plastic bags to production areas.
- Keep accurate records of tooling cleaning, distribution activities, and handling of detergents and alcohol mixtures.

- Basic proficiency in mathematical calculations.
Physical Demands
This role requires prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, stooping, crouching, and climbing. Occasional lifting of equipment or materials up to 50 pounds is necessary. Exposure to potential hazards including chemicals, gases, electrical elements, and machinery may occur, with safety guidelines and protective equipment provided.
