About the Role

A prominent FMCG and beverage manufacturing company based in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated Operator to join their production team. The Operator will be responsible for handling production machinery, overseeing equipment functionality, supporting quality assurance protocols, and maintaining safety and efficiency in production activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify quantities of raw materials and packaging received from the warehouse in accordance with production orders.
  • Operate production machinery by adhering to established standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct machine testing to ensure proper operation during production runs.
  • Monitor production line equipment and operating parameters, promptly reporting any irregularities or malfunctions.
  • Engage in shift operational reviews to discuss production metrics and resolve issues.
  • Confirm the accuracy of production dates and batch numbers printed on final products.
  • Carry out water treatment sampling and basic chemical analysis using designated instruments.
  • Maintain accurate logs documenting production processes and equipment status.
  • Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance activities to uphold equipment reliability.
  • Support routine safety inspections and report potential workplace hazards.
  • Perform chemical cleaning of manufacturing equipment as necessary.
  • Supervise water-using equipment across the production facility to optimize usage.
  • Utilize warehouse mobility devices for handling material transactions within the ERP system.
  • Contribute to waste reduction initiatives focusing on labor, materials, and machine efficiencies.
  • Follow all prescribed safety protocols and maintain safe working practices throughout operations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must hold an associate degree or diploma in General Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Electromechanics, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a closely related field.
  • Possess between 1 and 4 years of experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Previous exposure to food and beverage manufacturing is advantageous.
  • Experience with plastic blow molding, injection molding, or labeling machinery is considered a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of production machinery and manufacturing workflows is necessary.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse mobility devices is required.
  • High attention to detail and ability to strictly follow operational procedures.
  • Strong awareness and practice of safety standards is essential.
  • Capable of working in a production setting with shift-based schedules.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with background in FMCG, food and beverage production, bottling, manufacturing, plastic molding, packaging, or industrial operations will be highly favored.
