About the Role
Srikalash Edu Skills Private Limited is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Executive/Associate Trainer to lead training programs focused on warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, order fulfillment, safety, and workplace excellence. The position requires delivering both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical sessions to prepare participants for roles in logistics and warehousing sectors.
The training location will depend on project needs, primarily in Badrachalam and Aswaraopet.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive training covering warehouse processes, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Instruct learners on activities such as receiving shipments, unloading, stock placement, order picking, packing, dispatch procedures, and material handling techniques.
- Impart knowledge on inventory management practices, stock auditing, barcode technology, documentation, and warehouse management systems.
- Demonstrate proper and safe use of warehouse equipment, tools, and infrastructure.
- Educate participants on workplace safety protocols including housekeeping, 5S methodology, personal protective equipment (PPE), and standard operating procedures.
- Build essential soft skills in communication, teamwork, discipline, and efficiency in the workplace.
- Organize and execute practical drills, demonstrations, assessments, mock warehouse setups, and evaluate competency levels.
- Track learner progress, offer constructive feedback, provide remedial coaching, and help enhance employability readiness.
- Maintain detailed records including attendance, assessments, lesson plans, and training documentation aligned with project requirements.
- Assist learners in interview preparation and connecting with placement opportunities within logistics and warehousing sectors.
- Adhere strictly to the NSDC/SSC approved curriculum, training standards, scheduled timelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with training centers and project teams to deliver effective and aligned training experiences.
