Job description
Position Overview
Bon International seeks a diligent and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily documentation and operations within the factory and warehouse environment. This full-time role involves managing material flow, documentation, inventory accuracy, and coordination among various departments such as production, purchasing, sales, and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Prepare and manage documents including inward receipts, delivery challans, material issue slips, and dispatch paperwork.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Keep precise inventory and stock records current.
- Coordinate with production teams for material needs and issuance.
- Track movement of raw materials, finished products, rejected items, and other inventory.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team regarding packing and shipping of finished goods.
- Ensure authorization and proper documentation for all outbound materials.
- Maintain daily warehouse logs and regularly update stock inventories.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verifications and address any discrepancies with management.
- Organize filing and maintenance of factory and warehouse records.
- Liaise with transport and logistics teams for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on stock levels, inward and outward movements, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure materials are correctly identified, stored, and arranged inside the warehouse.
- Work with accounting to provide necessary documentation for purchases, sales, and dispatches.
- Support management in establishing disciplined documentation systems within the factory.
Qualifications and Experience
- Two to five years of experience in warehouse, factory administration, inventory, or stores management roles.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, automotive, or engineering sectors is preferable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations.
- Strong grasp of inventory control and material flow processes.
- Ability to maintain precise and organized paperwork and records.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities.
- Disciplined and dependable, comfortable working within a factory setting.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software is a plus.

Compensation
