Job Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor role involves overseeing daily warehouse activities including loading, dispatch, and distribution to maintain efficient operations. Coordination with various teams such as drivers, helpers, sales executives, and office personnel is essential for seamless workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily warehouse, loading, dispatch, and distribution processes.
- Collaborate with drivers, helpers, sales staff, and office teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Develop and supervise vehicle loading plans and dispatch routes.
- Ensure precise stock handling, conduct physical stock verifications, and oversee material movements.
- Track crate movements, oversee return crates, and reconcile materials accurately.
- Coordinate timely deliveries to distributors and dealers.
- Verify loading quantities, product conditions, batch information, and expiry dates prior to dispatch.
- Maintain accurate documentation for stock, dispatches, returns, shortages, and damages.
- Liaise with accounts and office teams regarding cash collections, outstanding payments, and delivery paperwork.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, productivity, and task allocation across shifts.
- Identify operational challenges promptly and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, hygiene, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Prepare daily operational reports and update management regularly.
Compensation
This position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 15,000 to 22,000.
