Warehouse Supervisor

Overview

Optisupply Chain Solution Private Limited is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and optimize warehouse operations, including last-mile delivery coordination and client relationship management in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all warehouse activities such as inbound and outbound goods handling, inventory processes ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Implement daily cycle counts and monthly stock audits to ensure precise inventory records.
• Oversee loading and unloading procedures to guarantee goods are stored correctly in allocated areas.
• Coordinate last-mile delivery activities, ensuring timely and accurate shipments to clients’ end destinations and resolving operational challenges with delivery partners.
• Monitor last-mile performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Act as the main liaison for multiple clients, addressing operational queries and maintaining high service quality.
• Track inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies seen during audits, and generate MIS reports highlighting warehouse performance and client-specific key performance indicators.
• Engage with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and service compliance; evaluate vendor performance and suggest enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and overall hygiene standards in the warehouse through periodic inspections.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• At least three years of proven experience managing warehouse operations, preferably in multi-client environments.
• Deep understanding of inventory management concepts including inward/outward movements, cycle counting, audits, and stock reconciliation.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and ability to prepare detailed MIS reports.
• Strong interpersonal skills including client management, vendor negotiation, and effective communication.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally within Gurgaon and Delhi NCR when required.

Perks & Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary in the range of INR 20,000 to INR 24,000.
