Cab Driver

Overview

We are seeking responsible cab drivers for designated day and night shifts with fixed working hours to join our team. The role involves safe, punctual, and attentive driving of company-assigned vehicles, along with maintaining their cleanliness and operational integrity.

Shift Timings & Salary

• Day Shift: 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Night Shift: 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM
• Fixed salary: ₹18,000 for 26 working days per month
• Attendance incentive of ₹2,000 on completing 26 days
• Additional earning of ₹1,000 per day beyond 26 days
• Total monthly compensation can reach up to ₹23,000

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate the assigned cab throughout your shift with safety and responsibility
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and monitor its general condition regularly
• Obey all traffic regulations and company driving protocols
• Promptly report any vehicle-related issues such as damage, tickets, accidents, or operational difficulties
• Keep the vehicle in good operational state for the entire shift duration
• Fulfill all driving-related duties entrusted during your shift
• Ensure proper handover of the vehicle and relevant information to the incoming driver at shift end
• Communicate clearly any vehicle condition or concerns to the next driver or team during handover

Additional Details

The position requires a full-time commitment to working 26 days each month. Candidates must hold a valid driving license and demonstrate competent driving skills. Accountability for the assigned vehicle during all shift hours is essential.
