About the Role

As part of the team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of warehousing activities related to HVAC equipment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with various departments to organize inventory and manage HVAC materials.
• Load and unload equipment, scan and record serialized items into the inventory system.
• Stage equipment and supplies ahead of installation schedules.
• Report stock levels to prevent any work delays caused by lack of materials.
• Deliver supplies as required by installation teams and assist at job sites including loading and unloading tasks.
• Support daily truck inspections and ensure scheduled maintenance is performed.
• Assist with refurbishing water heaters and salvaging usable components from scrapped units.
• Carry out any other duties assigned to support warehouse and installation operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Dependability and ambition with a strong desire to develop professionally.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational abilities and computer literacy, including experience with scanning, emailing, and data entry.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs or more with help.
• Possession of a valid Class G driver's license.
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Flexibility to work across different assigned areas.
• Forklift license or prior experience is considered a plus.
