Key Responsibilities

• Prepare materials and manage the receiving and shipping processes.
• Conduct cycle counting and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain precise inventory records.
• Support all warehouse operational activities as required.
• Properly handle and maintain company-issued equipment to ensure longevity and safety.
• Perform any additional tasks as directed by management.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization within the workspace by adhering to housekeeping and 5S standards.
• Work assigned shifts as scheduled.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Physically healthy and capable of handling physically demanding tasks.
• Comfortable working within a quality management system.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency with computers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Working knowledge of health and safety protocols in a warehouse setting.
• Experience operating hand scanners and RF scanners or Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs).
• Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds is advantageous.
• Conversational ability in Chinese is a plus but not required.
