Warehouse Operator

Overview

Join The Coca-Cola Company during an exciting growth phase as a Warehouse Operator, playing a critical role in ensuring timely delivery of products to consumers. This role operates in a fast-paced warehouse environment focused on efficient storage, retrieval, and shipment of raw materials and finished goods while adhering to company procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle movement of raw materials and finished products including driving forklifts and other material handling equipment, unloading bulk tankers, inventory cycle counting, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Receive incoming shipments by unloading, inspecting, sampling, and correctly storing all ingredients, packaging, and finished goods at the plant.
• Manage outbound shipments by performing quality checks, counting, loading, completing necessary documentation, labeling, picking, and other warehouse duties.
• Support production by continuously supplying ingredients and packaging materials to production and filling lines and receiving returns in a timely manner.
• Ensure all warehouse operations comply with health and safety protocols and quality standards.
• Organize stacking and storage of materials according to company KORE requirements and in compliance with GMP and food safety standards.
• Perform SAP transactions accurately and promptly for inventory activities.
• Oversee inventory management and governance following GMP and KORE inventory guidelines.
• Coordinate communications with production for material receipt and issuance, and with Quality Assurance on product integrity and safety concerns.
• Promote safety awareness including hazard identification, proper use of PPE, safe operation of industrial equipment, and participate in root cause analyses and corrective actions related to warehouse operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and SAP software.
• Experienced in the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate well.
• Good computer skills with willingness to develop further technical capabilities.
• Organized, methodical, and capable of working in a structured, controlled environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred; graduation is beneficial.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and material handling equipment is essential.
