Job Description

Reporting directly to the warehouse Team Leader, you will be tasked with efficiently picking and packing goods based on priority while maintaining proper inventory placement within the warehouse.

Primary Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, store, pick, and issue materials.
• Move stocks/materials to and from storage bins as needed.
• Handle and sort various materials appropriately.
• Verify physical inventory against documentation for accuracy.
• Conduct cycle counts and receive indirect materials on users' behalf.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse and production storage areas.
• Ensure upkeep and maintenance of material handling equipment.
• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and warehouse health and safety guidelines.
• Be capable of working across multiple warehouse functions.

Requirements

• Minimum education of ‘O’ Level, N-Level or Nitec certification; diploma holders preferred.
• Physically fit with ability to lift weights ranging from 15 to 25 kilograms.
• Forklift license is advantageous.
• Proficient in operating equipment such as reach trucks and pallet jacks.
• Ability to support Aircraft on Ground (AOG) services.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Hands-on warehouse experience is an asset.
• Comfortable managing various systems and processes across multiple distribution channels.
• Strong service orientation, multitasking skills, attention to detail, tidiness, and teamwork abilities.
