This role involves working within a temperature-controlled warehouse environment, assisting with the smooth operation of a Distribution Centre servicing one of Ireland's largest retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate efficiently within three temperature zones: +3°C chill, +12°C ambient, and -25°C freezer chamber.
• Accurately pick and assemble products to meet and strive to exceed set efficiency and accuracy standards.
• Maintain and safely use assigned equipment including mechanical handling tools and arm-mounted computers.
• Follow and promote all health and safety procedures to protect yourself and colleagues, contributing to a hazard-free work area.
• Strictly adhere to depot procedures including stacking, role cage management, pick-by-line, wrapping, goods-in offloading, and goods-out loading.
• Embody Keelings' values through daily workplace interactions.
• Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and a rotating schedule across seven days.
• A strong work ethic combined with a sharp eye for detail.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and consistently meet targets.
• High dedication and commitment to the role.
• Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland (valid EU passport or work permit such as Stamp 1 or 4).

Working Hours and Conditions

• Chill shifts operate on a one-week rotating schedule with timings: 6am–2pm, 7am–3pm, 12pm–8pm, 2pm–10pm (nightshift), and 7:30pm–6am.
• Freezer shifts: Morning (6am–2pm or 8am–4pm) and Afternoon (2pm–10pm from Monday to Friday).
• Freezer operatives work in 1.5-hour shifts with 30-minute warming breaks; appropriate freezer suits are provided as personal protective equipment.
• Applicants must be available to work any assigned shift across a seven-day week.
