About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming deliveries of Skechers footwear and accessories
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare stock items for restocking stores or fulfilling customer orders
• Ensure appropriate styles and sizes are correctly positioned and readily available
• Maintain an organised, tidy, and efficient warehouse environment
• Manage inventory with stock management systems and handheld scanning devices
• Assist with stock counts, transfers, and support loss prevention efforts
• Collaborate closely with warehouse and store teams, especially during peak periods
• Adhere to health and safety protocols for personal and team wellbeing

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude coupled with a strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail, particularly concerning sizes and styles
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Team-oriented and willing to actively contribute to daily operations
• Physically capable of manual handling and standing for extended periods
• Basic computer skills; training will be provided

Experience

• Previous experience in warehouse, stockroom, or retail roles is beneficial but not mandatory
• Exposure to footwear or apparel stock management is an advantage
• Comprehensive training provided; enthusiasm is paramount
