Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our warehouse operations at Mandya Organic Foods in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves managing the full cycle of goods receiving, storing, inventory oversight, and dispatch to ensure smooth logistics and order fulfillment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including inbound goods receipt, storage, inventory management, and outbound dispatch processes.
• Maintain precise stock records by conducting regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and physical stock verification to ensure accuracy.
• Enforce FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expired First Out) methodologies to preserve product quality and reduce inventory losses.
• Liaise closely with Procurement, Production, Sales, and Logistics teams to guarantee timely availability of materials and fulfillment of orders.
• Lead and supervise warehouse personnel by assigning duties, monitoring compliance with operational protocols, and meeting productivity objectives.
• Ensure careful maintenance of warehouse recordkeeping, including Good Received Notes (GRNs), stock logs, dispatch documentation, and data entry in ERP or other systems.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and quality assurance standards while promoting a well-organized and efficient storage environment.
• Track inventory levels, identify items with slow turnover or obsolescence, and propose suitable corrective measures.
• Enhance warehouse space utilization and continually improve operational workflows to minimize handling time and operational costs.
• Coordinate timely dispatch of finished products and collaborate with transport partners to facilitate seamless logistics.
