Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to supervise all warehouse functions at Motiwala Perfumes in Surat, Gujarat. This role involves overseeing the entire flow of goods from receipt to dispatch, ensuring efficient inventory tracking, managing warehouse staff, upholding safety protocols, and maintaining the facility and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution processes for goods.
• Supervise shipping, receiving, and daily logistical operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor inventory stock levels and perform reconciliation using inventory management software or storage tracking systems.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and lead warehouse personnel effectively.
• Implement and enforce workplace safety guidelines and maintain the security of the premises.
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and improve warehouse layouts for operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in utilizing inventory management systems or ERP software to track stock and operations.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and develop warehouse staff.

Compensation and Other Details
