Retail Sales Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Counter Salesperson to become an integral part of our team. This role involves being the first point of contact for customers who visit the store, assisting them with their queries and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they walk in and attentively identify their preferences and needs.
• Present product offerings, highlight their special features, demonstrate testers/samples, and respond to customer questions.
• Proactively suggest additional products and inform customers about current deals, promotions, and combo offers.
• Strive to achieve or surpass both personal and store-wide daily and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and attractive display counter with properly arranged testers and product racks.
• Keep track of stock at the sales counter, replenish products from storage as needed, and inform management of fast-selling or low-stock items.
• Validate the correctness of price tags, labels, and promotional signage to ensure accuracy.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position ranges between 15,500 and 18,000 INR.
