Team Gladiators Co. is a rapidly expanding company in the retail and distribution sector, specializing in natural health and wellness products throughout India. The company operates through multiple channels including retail outlets, tele-sales, and online platforms.
Role Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and well-organized Warehouse Management Executive to oversee stock availability across all stores, coordinate efficient warehouse operations and lead the warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly track and update stock levels for each store location.
- Maintain precise documentation of available stock, sales, and replenishment needs.
- Proactively identify stock needs and initiate pre-orders to prevent shortages.
- Ensure stock sufficiency aligned with store demands and upcoming transactions.
- Supervise a warehouse team of two personnel, delegating daily tasks appropriately.
- Evaluate team performance to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Manage all incoming orders from the company, overseeing accurate processing and proper dispatch.
- Collaborate with stores and internal departments to fulfill stock requirements seamlessly.
- Oversee proper receipt, storage, packaging, and shipment of products.
- Perform frequent inventory audits to detect shortages, excesses, or inconsistencies.
- Maintain organized, safe, and systematic warehouse conditions.
- Ensure timely and precise order fulfillment and dispatch.
- Provide regular reports to management detailing stock status, shortages, upcoming needs, and warehouse performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate degree required; candidates with relevant experience in warehouse or inventory management are preferred.
- Prior experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or store operations is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills essential.
- Capability to manage and motivate a small team efficiently.
- Basic proficiency in inventory record-keeping and stock management.
- Exemplify responsibility, punctuality, and high attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and handle several orders simultaneously.
Work Information
Position: Warehouse Manager
Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Onsite (Work from Office)
Working Days: Six days per week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary & Benefits
Monthly in-hand salary of ₹16,000 plus a performance-based bonus.
