Team Gladiators Co. is an expanding company specializing in health and wellness retail and distribution, promoting products like Wellwith – Himalayan Sea Buckthorn.

Role Overview

We seek motivated Customer Relationship Executives who are target-oriented to manage telesales activities, customer follow-ups, and capitalize on B2B sales prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Place over 150 connected calls every day.
• Convert potential leads into sales and meet monthly revenue goals.
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls along with consistent follow-ups.
• Create and handle B2B sales opportunities effectively.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information using CRM tools.
• Process orders, respond to customer inquiries, and encourage repeat business.
• Promote products through upselling and cross-selling techniques.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade or graduation.
• Preferably more than one year of experience in telesales, B2B sales, or customer relationship roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
• Strong abilities in persuasion, negotiation, and persistent follow-up.
• Fresh candidates with a strong aptitude for sales are also welcome to apply.

Job Details

• Location: Begumpet, Prakash Nagar, Hyderabad.
• Work setting: Office-based.
• Work schedule: Six days a week, from 10 AM to 7 PM.
• Salary: ₹18,000 fixed in-hand pay plus performance incentives.
