Overview
Karrot Cosmetics Pvt Ltd is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations at their Gurgaon facility. This role focuses on optimizing inventory control, managing order fulfillment, and ensuring smooth dispatch processes across various top e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, and the company website.
Responsibilities
- Oversee complete warehouse workflows, including receiving goods, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and managing returns.
- Maintain precise inventory records and conduct periodic stock audits for accuracy.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline inventory tracking and operational processes.
- Coordinate and process orders from multiple marketplaces while ensuring adherence to service level agreements for order fulfillment.
- Manage inventory synchronization across sales channels to prevent discrepancies.
- Supervise logistics activities, both inbound and outbound, coordinating with courier and logistics providers.
- Lead, mentor, and train warehouse personnel to consistently meet operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with proper storage procedures and maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment.
- Investigate any inventory discrepancies and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Generate reports on inventory status, dispatches, returns, and warehouse performance daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Collaborate across procurement, customer service, and operations teams to ensure cohesive workflow management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce warehouse operation costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
- Between 3 to 7 years of warehouse management experience, ideally within e-commerce or direct-to-consumer sectors.
- Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, or similar inventory software.
- Experience handling marketplace operations on platforms including Amazon and Flipkart.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse best practices.
- Proven capabilities in managing high-volume order fulfillment and processing returns.
- Good skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools.
- Effective leadership and team management along with problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with barcode scanning and inventory tracking devices.
- Knowledge of marketplace seller portals and inventory synchronization processes.
- Experience with courier aggregator platforms and shipping software.
- Ability to analyze warehouse KPIs and implement operational improvements.
- Prior exposure to skincare, cosmetics, FMCG, or consumer goods industries is beneficial.

Additional Details
Employment is full-time from Monday to Saturday with a location in Gurgaon, Delhi-NCR. Monthly salary ranges from INR 25,000 to INR 35,000 based on experience and skill set.
