Job Overview

True Resources is actively recruiting experienced Warehouse and Forklift Operators for multiple positions throughout Perth, Western Australia. We seek diligent individuals who bring proficient forklift handling skills and readiness to engage in hands-on manual tasks within warehouse settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance forklifts efficiently to load and unload freight from trucks.
• Participate in manual handling duties involving physical stamina and reliability.
• Adapt to varying shift patterns including day, afternoon, night shifts, and weekends as operational needs dictate.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum two years of forklift operation experience specifically with counterbalance forklifts.
• Previous exposure to warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
• Competent in freight loading and unloading procedures.
• Experience handling challenging or non-standard freight (uglified freight) is advantageous but not essential for all roles.
• Possession of a valid driver’s licence and a current forklift operator’s license.
• Willing to obtain or already in possession of a national police clearance dated within the last 12 months.
• Eligibility to work in Australia as an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
• Physical ability to consistently perform repetitive manual handling activities.
