Warehouse Executive

About the Role

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to oversee inventory management and order fulfillment specifically for our saree collection. This role ensures every product arrives at customers' hands in impeccable condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting, tagging, and storing incoming stock including sarees, blouses, and accessories.
• Maintaining precise inventory records along with conducting regular stock audits.
• Synchronizing website stock levels with physical inventory to prevent overselling.
• Picking, packing, and dispatching direct-to-consumer and store orders punctually.
• Folding, wrapping, and packing sarees according to brand standards, including incorporating gift packaging and inserts.
• Matching stitched blouses and additional items with the correct saree orders prior to dispatch.
• Identifying and documenting defects such as weaving flaws, color variations, or stains before products go live or ship.
• Liaising with courier partners, managing cash on delivery orders, and tracking shipments.
• Handling returns and exchanges by performing quality checks, re-folding, and restocking.
• Assisting with stock preparations for product launches, promotions, and festive demand peaks.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the storage area, protecting sarees from damage, moisture, and pests.
• Providing daily dispatch and inventory reports to the operations team.
