Store Manager

Position Overview

Take charge of managing the daily functioning of our premier flagship store, including overseeing the team, inventory management, customer relations, and maintaining store ambiance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle store opening and closing procedures along with daily operational tasks.
• Lead the floor staff and prepare duty rosters; provide onboarding and training for new team members.
• Monitor sales figures, billing accuracy, and compile daily business reports.
• Manage inventory including receiving shipments, verifying stock counts, reordering merchandise, and performing stock audits.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally.
• Supervise blouse tailoring schedules and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure the presentation of displays and overall store upkeep meet brand standards.
• Organize and coordinate in-store promotional events and relay customer feedback to the brand team for enhancements.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience ranging from one to five years in retail, with a minimum of one year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Preference for candidates with background in saree or clothing retail sectors.
• Proficiency in Kannada and English languages is essential; knowledge of Hindi is advantageous.
• Comfortable using billing and inventory management software and generating basic reports.
• Availability to work on weekends and during key festive periods is required.
