Warehouse Coordinator

Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Coordinator to join a client’s warehouse team located in Kells, County Meath. This permanent, full-time opportunity requires someone physically capable and comfortable with hands-on tasks including loading, unloading, and assisting with launching a new warehouse facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Support unloading vehicles and registering incoming stock
• Organize and store materials efficiently on racks and shelves
• Pick and prepare orders for dispatch or customer collection following set schedules
• Conduct regular warehouse inventory checks and locational stock counts
• Handle deliveries and pick-ups between warehouse and customers
• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols
• Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Possession of a full, clean driving license is mandatory
• Must have a valid Forklift Truck license
• Prior experience with warehouse duties, driving, or manual handling is advantageous
• Physically robust and comfortable performing manual tasks
• Strong dedication to work and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Dependable, punctual, adaptable to different work requirements
• Competent English communication skills for clarity in instructions and safety compliance
